what about customizing coffee mugs?
There are several ways you can customized a mug, but there is definetly one
daddy would love: one designed by his kids!
You would only need, two things: The mugs and ceramic proof markers.
First Clean the mugs with alcohol, let dry (it dries very fast)
And let your kids have fun and get inspired.
Follow the instruccions of the markers you have bought, you might need to let it dry and then get the mugs in the oven in order to seal the paint.
I did this with my boy 2 years ago and he loved doing it, and daddy and grandpa loved their mugs!
